What to know before requesting a service

Each package includes one round of minor adjustments to the agreed concept. Extra work or a change of direction is quoted before we begin it.

Services cover preparation work. Your Painta plan, hosting and any Legacy Mode licence are separate. Features such as watermark removal depend on your plan; an exhibition collection with one shared QR requires Studio Pro. The exhibition package above includes individual QR codes.

Complex 3D modelling, sculpture recognition, printing and on-site installation require a separate feasibility review and quote. Mobile checks and delivery timing are agreed for your project.

Help with Painta product bugs remains part of product support.
