About the work
Titian’s 1533 portrait of Charles V uses courtly and military dress, a low viewpoint and space opened by the curtain to give the emperor presence. The dog’s upward gaze connects the painted figures. A modern generative 3D study, animated in Blender, explores the raised muzzle; hidden anatomy is explicitly imagined. Original details remain unchanged.
